Rentals
All rental items must be returned in the same condition as provided. This includes proper cleaning and safe handling during use. Any damage, loss, or excessive wear may result in additional fees to cover repair or replacement costs. Customers are responsible for rental items from delivery or pickup until they are returned.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to place orders through our website.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
Deposits and delivery/setup fees are non-refundable unless EmmSokhaCreations cancels the order.
Client Responsibilities for Event Setups
Provide clear and safe access to the event location.
Ensure setup space is ready, including any required electrical power sources.
Notify us in advance of any stairs, restricted access, or obstacles.
Supervise children around decor and rentals at all times.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If canceled after payment, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed.
Liability Waiver
By renting or purchasing from EmmSokhaCreations, you agree that we are not liable for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses during the use of our products, rentals, or setups. All products are intended for decorative purposes only and should not be used in a way that could cause harm.
Event Safety
Event setups must be placed away from hazards such as open flames, sharp objects, and extreme heat. Balloon arrangements may pose a choking hazard.
Weather Policy
Outdoor setups are at the customer’s own risk. High winds, heat, rain, or severe weather may cause damage. Refunds are not issued for weather-related issues after setup is complete. Customers are encouraged to have an indoor backup plan.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Product Variation Disclaimer
Colors, balloon sizes, and vinyl placement may vary slightly due to manufacturer batches, lighting, and the handmade nature of our work.

Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the nature of custom and personalized products (including vinyl designs, shirts, balloon decor, and event rentals), all sales are final once production has begun. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been customized to your specifications unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Rental Orders
All rental deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your rental due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date may result in forfeiting your payment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No Refund for Weather
Outdoor event cancellations or damages caused by weather are not eligible for refunds.

Custom or personalized orders may take 7–14 business days depending on design complexity.

Rates are calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Free local pickup may be available in the Houston, TX area, contact us for arrangements.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss options and rates.
Weather & Event Setups
For balloon decor and rental setups, please review our Weather Policy in the Terms of Service. Extreme weather may impact delivery or installation timelines.
Photo Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant EmmSokhaCreations permission to use photos of your event decor, rentals, or custom products for marketing purposes.
